The eero Pro 6E B091G65HH6 is a tri-band wireless router designed for homes that need up to 2,000 sq. ft. of coverage. It supports more than 100 connected devices and delivers combined wireless speeds up to 5.4 Gbps. The unit includes a 1 GHz dual-core processor, 512 MB RAM and 4 GB flash storage.
Built-in smart home hub and TrueMesh
A Thread and Zigbee hub is integrated so compatible smart-home devices can be controlled directly without a separate bridge. Patented TrueMesh software routes traffic across the three bands to reduce drop-offs and dead spots. Setup and ongoing management are handled through the eero mobile app.
2.5 GbE WAN/LAN port for multi-gig plans
One 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port alongside a 1 Gbps port lets the router ingest and distribute internet plans faster than 1 Gbps without a bottleneck. The 6 GHz band adds 160 MHz channels that free the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands for legacy clients. Buyers whose ISP delivers only 1 Gbps or less will not use the extra headroom.
