The HP OmniBook 3 is a new 17.3-inch business laptop built around the Intel Core Ultra 7 355 processor with an integrated NPU rated at up to 49 TOPS. It ships with 64GB of DDR5 memory and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe solid-state drive running Windows 11 Home. The touchscreen IPS panel offers FHD resolution at 60 Hz and 300 nits brightness.

Copilot key and upgraded configuration

A dedicated Copilot key provides direct access to Windows AI features, while the factory box is opened only to install the specified memory and storage upgrades before resealing. The 1080p FHD IR webcam includes HDR auto-switching, temporal noise reduction and a physical privacy shutter. Dual speakers and a backlit keyboard complete the standard equipment.

Connectivity limited to Wi-Fi 6 and USB 10Gbps

Wireless connectivity uses Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.4, with no newer Wi-Fi standard available. Two USB Type-C ports support 10Gbps signaling, USB Power Delivery 3.1 and DisplayPort 1.4, while two USB Type-A ports operate at 5Gbps.
