The server is a 1U rack unit; rails and a compatible rack cabinet are not included and must be supplied by the buyer.

The B140i supports SATA RAID 0, 1, 5 across the 8 SFF bays; 3.5" drives will not fit the 2.5" trays supplied with the unit.

How can I confirm both Xeon E5-2603 v3 CPUs and all 32 GB of DDR4 are detected after first boot?

Enter the System BIOS or iLO interface; both will show 2 processors at 1.6 GHz and 32 GB registered ECC DDR4 across the 16 DIMM slots.
