Dual 500 W hot-swap power supplies provide redundancy without extra cabling, while the eight 2.5-inch SAS bays accept additional drives or optional NVME, media-bay or second-bay expansions. The Smart HBA H240ar controller manages RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60, freeing the host CPU from parity calculations and leaving PCIe slots open for networking or accelerator cards.

4 GB base memory scales to 3 TB

The installed 4 GB DDR4 module occupies one of twenty-four DIMM slots, leaving twenty-three slots for growth up to the platform maximum of 3 TB when a second processor is added. Two 1 TB 7.2K SAS drives supply initial capacity; the H240ar controller supports mixed SAS and SATA volumes, so capacity can grow until bay or controller limits are reached.
