Yes, the kit supports Intel XMP 3.0 and is validated for Intel 600 and 700 series chipsets including Z690, Z790, B660 and B670. Enable the XMP profile in BIOS to reach the rated 6000 MT/s speed.

Is the 1.40 V rating safe for daily use with a standard CPU cooler?
