The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny is a micro-form-factor desktop built around an 8th Generation Intel Core i5-8500 hexa-core processor running at up to 4.10 GHz. It ships with 32 GB of DDR4 memory, a 128 GB M.2 solid-state drive for the operating system and a 1 TB hard drive for bulk storage. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and a USB keyboard and mouse are included in the box.

The six-core i5-8500 operates at a 65 W thermal design power with a base clock of 3.0 GHz and a maximum turbo frequency of 4.10 GHz. This configuration handles typical productivity workloads such as document editing, web browsing and light multitasking. Buyers who need higher single-thread speeds or more cores for rendering, compilation or virtualization should consider a different system.

Included peripherals and connectivity

A wired USB keyboard and mouse are supplied so the unit is ready to deploy without extra purchases. Wireless connectivity is provided by a USB dongle capable of 5 GHz operation and Bluetooth.
