The vertical aluminium chassis provides passive cooling, and a 12 V 7 A power adapter supplies each bay independently. Hot-swap operation allows drives to be inserted or removed without powering down.

The unit is aimed at users who need simultaneous access to several SATA drives for backup, data recovery, batch processing or disk duplication. An offline clone function copies a source drive to up to three target drives without a computer connection, with LED indicators showing progress from 1 % to 100 %.
