512 GB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM kit

This 512 GB kit contains eight 64 GB DDR4 3200 modules built for ThinkMate GPX-XN6-24S3-10GPU servers. Each stick is a 288-pin registered DIMM with ECC, 4Rx4 organisation and CL22 latency at 1.20 V. The modules use major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix and ship without heat spreaders.

Upgrades non-ECC or lower-capacity DDR4

Replaces standard unbuffered DDR4 or smaller registered kits when data integrity and maximum density are required. The jump is worth it for workloads that need 512 GB in a single system and cannot tolerate silent memory errors. Systems limited to lower speeds or unregistered memory will not support these modules.

Fits ThinkMate GPU-optimised servers
