This 64GB kit contains four 16GB registered DDR4 modules rated at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency. It is built for Thinkmate GPX-QN6-42E2-8NVLINK GPU-optimised servers that require ECC registered memory. The modules operate at 1.2V and use a 288-pin RDIMM form factor.

Four matched modules enable quad-channel population

The kit ships as a matched set of four 16GB sticks, allowing full population of four memory channels on supported Thinkmate server boards. Each module is a dual-rank 2Rx8 design using major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. No heat spreaders are fitted, keeping the profile low for dense server chassis.

Registered ECC with CL22 at 3200 MT/s

The registered buffer and on-die ECC provide the error correction and signal integrity required by the target Thinkmate platform. CAS latency is CL22 at the rated 3200 MT/s speed. Systems that need unbuffered UDIMMs or a different latency profile cannot use this kit.
