This registered DIMM adds 64 GB of DDR5 4800 memory to compatible ThinkMate GPU-optimised servers. It targets administrators who need error-correcting capacity for virtualisation, database or AI workloads. The module uses major-brand DRAM chips and runs at the standard 1.1 V DDR5 voltage.

DDR5 4800 registered ECC constraints

The DDR5 4800 interface caps peak bandwidth at PC5-38400 and requires a platform that supports registered ECC RDIMMs. Systems without registered-memory support or with lower DDR5 speed grades cannot use the module at its rated frequency. Mixed-rank or mixed-voltage populations may prevent the server from posting.
