The 4Rx4 organisation and 288-pin form factor suit high-density configurations where registered or unbuffered DIMMs are not supported. It replaces HP part numbers P07652-H21 and P25206-B21.

JEDEC-compliant load-reduced design

The module follows JEDEC and RoHS standards and carries no heat spreader, relying on chassis airflow. Load-reduced architecture reduces electrical load on the memory bus, allowing higher capacities per channel than standard registered DIMMs. The 288-pin edge connector fits DDR4 server slots only; it cannot be used in desktop boards that accept unbuffered or registered memory. Mixing with other ECC types is not supported.

Verify platform supports DDR4 LRDIMM

Before ordering, confirm the system accepts DDR4 ECC load-reduced DIMMs at 288 pins and can address 128GB per module. The board and CPU must support 4Rx4 rank organisation and 1.2V operation.
