OWC DDR3L ECC RDIMM Kit

This OWC kit supplies 32 GB of DDR3L 1600 memory in two 16 GB registered DIMMs. It is built for Lenovo Flex System compute nodes x220, x222, x240 and x440 where ECC registered modules are required. The kit replaces Lenovo part numbers 0C19535, 46W0671 and 46W0672.

Verify Node Model And Memory Type

Confirm that your compute node is one of the four listed Flex System models before ordering. The modules are 240-pin DDR3L ECC registered RDIMMs and will not work in systems that require unbuffered or non-ECC memory. Mixing registered and unbuffered DIMMs is not supported.

Two-Module Server Upgrade

Each 16 GB stick runs at 1.35 V with CL11 latency and a 2Rx4 organisation. The pair fills two DIMM slots and leaves remaining slots free for further expansion within the node's supported limits. No heat spreader is fitted, so standard server airflow is sufficient.
