This OWC kit provides 512GB of DDR4 ECC Load Reduced memory across two 256GB modules. It is built for Supermicro motherboards H12SSL-CT, H12SSL-NT, H12SSW-iNR and H12SSW-NTR in server, workstation or NAS deployments.

Verify platform compatibility

Your system must support DDR4 ECC Load Reduced DIMMs at 1.2V and 288-pin form factor. This memory cannot be mixed with unbuffered or ECC Registered modules and will not work in standard desktop computers.

JEDEC-compliant LRDIMM build

Each module meets JEDEC and ROHS standards with CL22 timing at 3200MHz, dropping to 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz or 2933MHz when required. The 8Rx4 organisation and load-reduced design help maintain signal integrity on heavily populated motherboards.
