Server ECC RDIMM kit

This OWC kit supplies 512GB of DDR4 ECC Registered memory across eight 64GB modules. It is built for the HP ProLiant DL110 Gen10 Plus Telco and DL325 Gen10 Plus servers that require registered DIMMs. Standard desktop systems cannot use this memory type. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced modules is not supported.

Sustained load behaviour

Registered buffering places a register between the DRAM and the memory controller, reducing electrical load on the bus during continuous operation. ECC circuitry corrects single-bit errors and detects multi-bit errors without halting the system. The 1.2V operating voltage keeps power draw stable across all eight modules under full population.
