Server ECC RDIMM Kit

This 64GB dual-channel kit contains two 32GB DDR4 3200MHz registered ECC modules built to JEDEC specifications. It is designed for workstations and servers that require registered memory with error correction. The modules operate at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 2Rx4 rank structure. This memory will not function in standard desktop computers or alongside unbuffered DIMMs.

Registered ECC Benefits

Workloads requiring higher frequencies or lower latencies than DDR4 3200 CL22 will not benefit from this specification.
