This OWC kit supplies 64GB of DDR3L ECC registered memory across eight 8GB modules. It is built for Cisco UCS B260 M4 and B460 M4 blade servers running E7 v2 or v3 processors.
240-pin registered DIMMs
Each module uses the 240-pin DDR3L form factor at 1.35V with a 2Rx4 organisation. The registered buffer and ECC function require a server chipset that supports registered memory; they will not work in standard desktop boards or alongside unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs.
Sustained operation at CL11
Rated at 1600MHz with CL11 latency, the modules deliver consistent throughput for virtualisation and database workloads. JEDEC and RoHS compliance ensures stable voltage regulation during extended duty cycles in dense blade chassis.
