This 18.5-inch all-in-one system combines an Intel Core i5 3rd Gen processor at 1.70GHz with 8GB DDR3L memory, 256GB mSATA SSD and a 1TB 2.5-inch SATA drive. The 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution behind an IP65-rated front panel, making it suitable for factory floors, kiosks and other environments where dust and water jets are a concern. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Fanless aluminium chassis with versatile mounting

Passive cooling eliminates moving parts, allowing continuous 24/7 operation in noise-sensitive or vibration-prone settings. The unit accepts 12V DC input from a 100-240V AC adapter and provides HDMI, VGA, four USB 2.0 ports, Gigabit LAN, audio in/out, two COM ports and a power switch. An internal Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder supports optional Wi-Fi or 4G expansion, while embedded buckle kits enable panel, wall, desktop or cantilever mounting within a 454 x 276.5mm cut-out.

Stable thermals across 0–50°C range

The fanless design maintains reliable performance up to 50°C when the SSD is the primary boot drive, or 40°C with the mechanical hard drive active. Aluminium alloy construction spreads heat across the chassis without throttling during sustained industrial workloads. The touchscreen is rated for 200 million touches and the LED backlight for 30,000 hours minimum, supporting long-term unattended service in HMI, automation and digital-signage roles.
