The Partaker A8 is a fanless all-in-one computer built around a 6th-generation Intel Core i5 processor running at 2.0 GHz. It ships with Windows 10 Pro, 8 GB of DDR3L memory and a 256 GB SATA SSD. The 17.0-inch TFT LED display offers 1280 x 1024 resolution and a 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen protected to IP65 at the front.

Sustained load in a fanless chassis

Aluminium alloy construction acts as a heatsink, allowing continuous operation without moving parts. The system is rated for 0 to 50 °C with the installed SSD and 0 to 40 °C if a 2.5-inch hard drive is added later. A hardware watchdog timer set to 255 seconds can reset the unit automatically after a freeze, and the DC supply restarts the PC once power returns.

Replaces older panel PCs with limited I/O

The A8 adds HDMI, VGA, dual LAN, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, audio in and out, and two COM ports in a single cut-out of 380 x 315 mm. A full-size Mini PCIe slot with a SIM holder accepts 4G or Wi-Fi modules for remote sites. The upgrade makes sense when legacy equipment lacks IP65 sealing, modern video outputs or expansion for wireless connectivity.
