Sockets and lighting

The Glacier One 360 M25 is an all-in-one liquid CPU cooler with a 276 mm aluminium radiator and three 120 mm PWM fans. It mounts on Intel LGA 115x, 1366, 2011, 2011-3, 2066 and 1200 sockets plus AMD AM4 and sTRX4 or TR4 Threadripper platforms. An LGA 1700 bracket is not included and must be obtained separately. The pump cap features an infinity mirror design with tempered glass and integrated D-RGB lighting.

Build integration

Pre-filled construction with reinforced braided tubing and tube clips simplifies installation and cable routing inside the case. Three fan slots accept the supplied 120 mm M25 fans which connect via standard 4-pin PWM headers for motherboard speed control. D-RGB illumination synchronises with compatible Phanteks products, motherboards and cases through a standard 3-pin 5 V addressable header.

Sustained-load behaviour

The M25 fans spin between 500 and 2000 RPM delivering up to 84.26 airflow at 35.7 dBA noise. Pressure-optimised blades maintain static pressure across the radiator fins during extended thermal loads while the PWM pump adjusts flow rate to match CPU heat output. The pure copper cold plate transfers heat into the liquid loop for consistent dissipation over long sessions.
