An InnoGrit controller and 4GB DRAM cache support sequential reads up to 7400 MBps and writes up to 6600 MBps. The ultra-thin graphene heatsink measures 2.25mm in height and 22mm in width, adding minimal clearance while spreading heat efficiently. Operating range spans 0°C to +70°C, and the drive tolerates up to 90% humidity at 40°C during use. No moving parts means silent operation and low power draw under typical loads.
The 2280 layout mounts directly into any compatible M.2 slot without cables or brackets. Shock resistance is rated at 1500G for 0.5ms, and vibration resistance covers 80Hz to 2000Hz at 20G.
