Pico-Compatible Sensor HAT

This add-on board plugs directly into any Raspberry Pi Pico series board using the standard 40-pin header. All Sensors Share One I2C Bus

If your application needs simultaneous high-rate sampling on independent buses, this single-bus layout will not meet that requirement.
