24 V 5 A DIN-rail power supply
The myVolts Rail Switching Power Supply delivers a regulated 24 V output at 5 A from a 100-240 V AC input. It mounts on a standard 35 mm DIN rail for compact cabinet installation. The unit weighs very little and occupies minimal panel space.
Single-rail 24 V output
The critical specification is the fixed 24 V DC rail rated for 5 A continuous current. Voltage accuracy is held within ±1 % and ripple stays at 200 mV peak-to-peak. Efficiency reaches 85 % at full load. The half-bridge PWM design runs at 60 Hz switching frequency. Built-in protection covers overload, over-voltage, short-circuit and over-current with automatic reset.
120 W continuous capacity
At 120 W the supply comfortably runs industrial sensors, PLCs and small actuators in a 60 °C ambient. Headroom disappears when the combined load exceeds 5 A or when sustained ambient temperature pushes above the rated limit. The ventilated aluminium housing relies on natural convection, so restricted airflow will reduce the practical ceiling.
