Compatibility with THINKMATE Supermicro Servers

This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR4 3200 registered ECC RDIMMs built for THINKMATE Supermicro SuperServer 620P-TR, 620P-TRT, 220P-C9R and 220P-C9RT systems. The modules use 2Rx4 organisation and run at 1.2V with CL22 latency. They are intended for server and workstation environments that require registered memory with error correction.

Verify Registered ECC RDIMM Support

Before ordering, confirm that your motherboard accepts 288-pin DDR4 RDIMMs and supports registered ECC operation at 3200 MT/s. The kit provides four modules totalling 128GB, so check the number of available slots and the maximum capacity per channel. Systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs or non-ECC memory will not work with these modules.

Sustained Load Stability

All modules are stress tested under load to ensure reliability during continuous operation in mission-critical environments.
