256GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit

This 256GB kit contains four 64GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs with ECC and CL22 latency. It is built for ThinkMate rackmount servers including the RAX-XN24, XS4, XT10, XS8, XH8, XH10, XH12, XT24 and S3. The modules operate at 1.2V and use 4Rx4 organisation for high-density capacity.

Capacity and headroom

Four ranks per module give each DIMM 64GB, so the kit reaches 256GB across four slots. This density suits virtualisation hosts, database nodes and memory-bound analytics that need maximum RAM per socket. The registered buffer and ECC protect data integrity under sustained load, while the 3200 MT/s rate keeps bandwidth in step with modern server CPUs.

Upgrade path and fit
