Server-grade capacity

This 768 GB kit contains six 128 GB DDR4 3200 RDIMM modules built for THINKMATE GPX-XS12-24S3-8GPU servers. Each module is registered, ECC-enabled and organised as 4Rx4 to maintain data integrity under sustained loads. The 1.20 V operating voltage matches the platform specification.

DDR4 3200 interface limits

The PC4-25600 standard tops out at 3200 MT/s with CL22 timing, so bandwidth and latency are fixed by the memory controller. Registered buffering adds one cycle of command delay but allows the platform to populate all slots without signal degradation. No higher speed or lower latency is available within this DDR4 generation.

768 GB headroom

Six ranks of 4Rx4 DRAM per module give the maximum density this platform supports, letting large GPU-accelerated workloads, virtualisation fleets or in-memory databases run without paging. Once the six slots are filled, further expansion requires a different server chassis or motherboard.
