768GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit
This 768GB kit contains eight 96GB DDR5 6400 registered DIMMs built for SuperMicro X14SBW-F servers. Each module runs at 1.10V with CL52 latency and 2Rx4 organisation. The ECC RDIMM design targets IT professionals managing mission-critical workloads.
Eight-module registered kit
The eight-piece configuration fills all available slots on the validated platform, delivering the full 768GB capacity in a single matched set. Registered buffering and on-die ECC reduce electrical load on the memory controller and correct single-bit errors during operation. No heat spreaders are included, so airflow must follow the chassis specification.
DDR5 6400 registered limits
DDR5 6400 (PC5-51200) sets the maximum transfer rate; the memory controller cannot exceed this speed without overclocking, which registered DIMMs do not support.
