ECC Load-Reduced DDR4 for Supermicro

This 512GB kit delivers 128GB ECC Load-Reduced DIMMs built for Supermicro H12SSL and H12SSW motherboards. It targets server and workstation operators who need maximum registered capacity with error correction. Standard desktop boards cannot use these modules, and they must not be mixed with unbuffered or standard registered memory. The four-module configuration fills all channels on compatible platforms.

288-pin DDR4 3200 integration

Each module runs at 3200MT/s (PC4-25600) with CL22 timing at 1.2V, matching the JEDEC profile of the supported Supermicro boards. Backward compatibility covers 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933MT/s speeds, so the kit installs directly without BIOS tuning. The load-reduced design reduces electrical load on the memory controller, freeing headroom for dense population across all slots. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in 1U or 2U chassis remains unobstructed.

512GB capacity ceiling

Four ranks per DIMM (4Rx4) enable the 128GB density per module, reaching a total of 512GB across the kit. This capacity handles large in-memory databases, virtualisation clusters and heavy rendering workloads. The limit is the motherboard's maximum supported memory; boards with fewer than four slots or lower per-slot limits will not accept the full kit. Buyers needing more than 512GB must choose a platform with higher slot counts or larger DIMM support.
