This V-color kit delivers 64 GB of DDR5 registered ECC memory across four 16 GB modules. It targets server and workstation platforms that require registered DIMMs for data-integrity workloads. The modules operate at 6400 MT/s with a CL52 latency profile. Desktop and laptop systems cannot use these registered modules.

Capacity and headroom at 6400 MT/s

Four ranks of 1Rx8 Hynix ICs provide 64 GB total capacity for multi-threaded server applications and virtualisation hosts. The CL52 timing and 1.1 V operation give stable throughput within the 0–85 °C operating range. Workloads that exceed 64 GB or demand lower latency than CL52 will need additional modules or a different specification.

Build quality and daily implications

A built-in thermal sensor monitors temperature to protect reliability during sustained loads. The registered design adds a clock cycle for signal integrity on densely populated motherboards. No heat spreader is fitted, so chassis airflow must handle module cooling directly. The 288-pin DDR5 form factor fits only compatible server and workstation boards.
