This 32GB kit contains two 16GB DDR3L 1600 registered DIMMs built for Dell PowerEdge R320, R415, R420, R420XR and R515 servers. It replaces Dell part numbers A6761613, A6994465, A7515505, A8255125 and SNP20D6FC/16G. The modules are not compatible with standard desktop computers.

Registered ECC Design

Each 240-pin module operates at 1.35V with CL11 latency and a 2Rx4 organisation. The registered buffer and ECC circuitry are required by the supported PowerEdge platforms and cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the server chassis handles cooling.

DDR3L 1600 Specification
