Registered ECC Design

Each 240-pin module operates at 1.35V with CL11 latency and a 2Rx4 organisation. The registered buffer and ECC circuitry are required by the supported PowerEdge platforms and cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow in the server chassis handles cooling.
