The case ships without a power supply; you must purchase an ATX unit up to 258 mm long. The box contains the chassis, a pre-installed 120 mm rear exhaust fan running at 1400 rpm, an extra top plate for a 5.25" bay, mounting hardware and the mesh side panel.

My build uses a Micro ATX board — will the TR200 WS fit it and a 360 mm radiator together?

Yes. The case accepts 9.6" x 9.6" Micro ATX and 6.7" x 6.7" Mini ITX boards. With a Micro ATX board installed you can still mount a 360 mm radiator in the top; the 5.25" bay plate reduces top radiator support to 240 mm if used.

What does the 365 mm GPU clearance mean when I install a triple-slot card?

It is the maximum card length from the rear bracket to the front panel. A 365 mm card will fit with the front wood trim in place; longer cards would hit the trim or the front fan mounts.
