It fits Intel LGA 1851, 1700, 1200, 1150, 1151, 1155 and 1156 sockets plus AMD AM4, AM3+, AM3, AM2+, AM2, FM2 and FM1 platforms. The asymmetric fin stack and four direct-touch copper heat pipes target builders who need low-profile cooling with motherboard component airflow.

Four 6 mm heat pipes make direct contact with the CPU base to move heat into the aluminium fin array continuously. Top-flow orientation pushes air down through the fins, helping to cool voltage regulators and memory modules during extended workloads.
