Does the 1.40 V operating voltage require a motherboard with strong memory-voltage regulation?

The modules run at 1.40 V, which is within the standard DDR5 EXPO range. Any AMD 600- or 800-series board that officially supports EXPO profiles will supply this voltage reliably; no special VRM is needed beyond normal EXPO support.

What do I need to control the RGB lighting on these modules?
