Does the 1.40 V operating voltage require a motherboard with strong memory-voltage regulation?

The modules run at 1.40 V, which is within the standard DDR5 EXPO range. Any AMD 600- or 800-series board that officially supports EXPO profiles will supply this voltage reliably; no special VRM is needed beyond normal EXPO support.

What do I need to control the RGB lighting on these modules?

The sticks include addressable RGB LEDs. Connect the motherboard 5 V ARGB header and use the board vendor’s lighting software (or a compatible third-party controller) to synchronise colours and effects with the rest of the build.
