Aluminium Alloy Case for Jetson Orin

This aluminium alloy enclosure is designed for the Jetson Orin Nano Super Developer Kit, the Jetson Orin Nano and the Jetson Orin NX kits. It provides a rigid housing for edge-AI development boards used in robotics, drones and embedded vision projects. The case is sold separately; the compute module and camera are not included.

Camera Mount and Cooling Headroom

Mounting holes accept a single camera or a binocular pair with up to 180° roll adjustment for flexible sensor positioning. Reserved vents on three sides and dedicated top holes for the built-in fan create a directed airflow path that keeps the module within thermal limits during sustained inference workloads. Silicone feet lift the base to increase the dissipation surface.

Mechanical Limits of the Enclosure

The fixed internal dimensions accept only the listed Orin Nano and Orin NX form factors; larger carrier boards or add-on HATs will not fit. The 180° camera roll range is the maximum angular travel the mounting pattern allows; wider pan or tilt movement requires an external gimbal.
