384GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit

This NEMIX RAM kit provides 384GB of DDR5 memory in a matched set of four 96GB modules. It is built for servers and workstations that require registered ECC memory to maintain data integrity under continuous load. The 2Rx4 organization and 1.1V operation match the electrical expectations of compatible registered-DIMM platforms.

Registered DDR5 4800 interface limits

The DDR5 4800 (PC5-38400) standard sets the maximum transfer rate and timing envelope for these modules. Registered buffering adds a clock cycle of latency but allows the memory controller to drive all four slots at the rated speed without signal degradation. Systems that only accept unbuffered UDIMMs or SODIMMs cannot use this kit.

Capacity headroom for dense workloads

Four ranks per module give the controller enough density to reach 384GB total across the four slots. Workloads such as in-memory databases, virtualization hosts and large-scale simulation benefit from the full population. Applications that need more memory than the board's maximum supported capacity or that require unbuffered DIMMs will not be served by this kit.
