32GB ECC DDR4 SODIMM kit

This 32GB kit contains four 8GB DDR4 2400MHz CL17 ECC unbuffered SODIMMs that run at 1.2V. Builders of standard consumer notebooks without ECC support should choose non-ECC modules instead.

Capacity and headroom

The four-module layout fills four SO-DIMM slots to deliver 32GB total capacity, allowing large datasets, virtual machines or ZFS caches to reside in RAM. Systems limited to two slots or a lower maximum memory ceiling cannot use the full kit. The modules are backwards compatible with 2133MHz buses, so they will down-clock automatically when the platform demands it.
