This 32 GB DDR4 ECC registered DIMM is built for Cisco UCS B260 M4 E7 v4 and B460 M4 E7 v4 servers. It delivers error-correcting, registered memory for workloads that demand data integrity and uptime. It will not work in standard desktop PCs or with unbuffered and load-reduced modules.
The module runs at 1.2 V without a heat spreader, relying on server chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering and ECC logic add minimal overhead while maintaining signal integrity at 2400 MT/s. Power draw stays within JEDEC DDR4 limits for high-density server configurations.
The DIMM replaces Cisco part numbers HXMR1X322RVA, HXSPM32RVA, UCSMR1X322RVA, UCSMR1X322RVARF and UCSMR1X322RVAS.
