RP2350 microcontroller with 16MB flash

The Pimoroni Pico Plus 2 W is built around the RP2350B dual Arm Cortex M33 core running at up to 150MHz with 520KB of SRAM. It provides 16MB of QSPI flash supporting execute-in-place and 8MB of PSRAM for larger applications. A Raspberry Pi RM2 module adds 2.4GHz wireless and Bluetooth connectivity. The board uses a USB-C connector for power, programming and data transfer.

Suits embedded projects needing more memory

Developers who require expanded flash and PSRAM for complex firmware will benefit from the 16MB and 8MB capacities. The integrated wireless module removes the need for separate radio hardware. Builders who need 5GHz Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet should look elsewhere. Projects requiring a different form factor or a higher core count are not addressed by this board.

Fits breadboards and custom PCBs via castellated

The USB-C port supplies power and a programming interface without legacy cables. A Qw/ST connector allows direct attachment of compatible breakouts using I2C. The three-pin debug connector exposes a JST-SH interface for external probes. Reset and BOOT buttons provide hardware control during development and can serve as user inputs in final designs.

Küsimused selle toote kohta

What power source do I need for the USB-C connector on this board?

The USB-C connector accepts standard 5 V USB power from a computer port, wall adapter, or power bank for both supply and programming.

Will my existing Qw/ST breakouts plug straight into the Qw/ST connector on this board?

The board includes a Qw/ST connector that matches the Qwiic and STEMMA QT pinout, so compatible breakouts attach directly.

How can I confirm the RP2350B is running at 150 MHz after I flash my firmware?

Blink an LED or print a timestamp from a timer interrupt; the observed period will match the 150 MHz clock if the firmware configures the PLL correctly.
