This module adds 8GB of DDR4 memory to a desktop PC that uses 288-pin UDIMM slots. It runs at 2400MHz with a CAS latency of 17 and operates at 1.2V. The stick is non-ECC and unbuffered, making it suitable for standard consumer motherboards. Builders who need ECC error correction or registered modules for server boards cannot use this product.

DDR4 2400MHz standard limits bandwidth and latency

The DDR4 2400MHz interface caps theoretical bandwidth at PC4-19200 and fixes the lowest tested latency at CL17 for this speed grade.
