The Acumen Disc AD07-USB is a standalone hardware duplicator that copies one USB flash drive to seven targets simultaneously. It operates without a host computer, software, or warm-up time, making it suitable for IT departments, duplication services, and secure data deployment workflows. The unit accepts USB-IF compliant Type-A flash drives from USB 1.0 through 3.0 and newer.

33 MB/sec per-channel throughput

Each of the seven destination ports delivers up to 33 MB/sec actual transfer speed, fed from 128 MB of built-in buffer memory. Asynchronous operation lets every channel copy independently from the buffer, so cycles do not need to start or end together. Source Analysis copies only occupied data areas, reducing cycle time for partially filled drives.

DoD-compliant erase and format options

Four erase modes include Quick Erase, Full Erase, DoD 3-pass (5220.22-M), and DoD 7-pass (5220.22-M ECE) for permanent sanitisation. Formatting supports Auto, FAT, and FAT32. The 20×2 LCD and multilingual menu (English, Spanish, French, Japanese) guide operation. The unit requires only AC power (115–230 V, 50/60 Hz) and does not support externally connected USB devices such as hard drives or hubs.
