Windows 11 Home OEM 64-bit

This OEM licence installs Windows 11 Home on a new 64-bit PC that has no prior Windows installation. It is intended for system builders who will resell the completed machine and provide end-user support themselves. The DVD media includes the 64-bit Home edition and a product key under a scratch-off label.

OEM licensing constraints

The licence binds permanently to the first motherboard on which it is activated and cannot be moved to another computer. Microsoft does not supply direct support for this channel; the system builder assumes that responsibility. Installation requires UEFI firmware with Secure Boot capability and a Trusted Platform Module 2.0.

Capacity and headroom

The operating system needs a 1 GHz or faster processor with at least two cores, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of available storage. These minimums allow the OS to run and receive updates, though heavier workloads will benefit from more memory and faster storage. The DVD provides the installation media for a single clean install.
