This 24GB DDR5 module runs at 6400MHz with PC5-51200 bandwidth and CL52 latency. It operates at 1.1V and uses a 1Rx8 registered ECC design on a 288-pin RDIMM form factor. The part targets servers that require registered error-correcting memory.
The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing larger populations per channel. ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects multi-bit faults, protecting data integrity in always-on environments. This combination is mandatory for many server platforms and is not compatible with standard desktop boards.
