Registered ECC design for dense configurations

Each 288-pin module uses a 4Rx4 organisation and registered buffering to maintain signal integrity when all sixteen slots are filled. The kit frees the memory controller from driving unbuffered loads, allowing the platform to reach its supported capacity without additional voltage overhead. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow through the server chassis must handle thermal dissipation.
