32 GB DDR5 SODIMM kit for Supermicro servers

This kit delivers 32 GB of DDR5 memory in two 16 GB SODIMM modules rated at 4800 MT/s with CL40 latency. It is built for the SuperMicro IoT SuperServer SYS-E100-13AD-H, CSE-E101-04, X13SAN-H and X13SAN-H-WOHS platforms. The unbuffered, non-ECC design suits systems that do not require error correction.

Sustained-load behaviour with 1.1 V operation

Modules run at 1.10 V and use major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips validated under stress testing. The 1Rx8 organisation keeps electrical loading low during continuous server workloads. Without a heat spreader, airflow across the 262-pin PCB manages thermals in the chassis.

DDR5 SODIMM interface limits for this platform

The DDR5 SODIMM form factor caps module density at 16 GB per slot in this generation, so the kit fills two slots for 32 GB total. Speed is fixed at PC5-38400 by the platform memory controller. Builders who need more capacity or registered ECC modules must choose a different memory type.
