This 64 GB DDR5 5600 registered ECC module uses a 2Rx4 organization at 1.10 V with CL46 timing. It is built to the precise rank, voltage and latency the H13DSH memory controller expects so the system recognizes the full capacity and runs at the rated speed. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor matches the board's requirement and is not a UDIMM or SODIMM.
A single 64 GB DIMM provides a large step up for memory-intensive workloads such as virtualization, databases or scientific computing. Registered buffering offloads the controller so every populated slot can operate at full capacity, while ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly to prevent silent data corruption. The module runs out of headroom when the application's working set exceeds the installed capacity or when the platform's maximum supported memory per socket is reached.
