This 64GB DDR4-2666 ECC Load Reduced DIMM targets administrators who need maximum capacity per slot. It fits 288-pin DDR4 server platforms that support LRDIMM memory and require registered error-correcting modules. The module operates at 1.20V with a CAS latency of 19.
Each stick delivers 64GB using a 4Rx4 organisation, letting you populate more DIMMs per channel than standard RDIMMs allow. The Load Reduced design removes the rank bottleneck so dense configurations can reach higher total memory without dropping speed. Systems that only accept UDIMMs or standard RDIMMs cannot use these modules.
The LRDIMM architecture provides more memory bandwidth and better energy efficiency than standard RDIMMs at the same 2666 MT/s data rate. This enables virtualization, high-performance computing and in-memory database workloads to scale further within the same chassis. No heat spreader is included, so airflow planning remains the integrator's responsibility.
