The Systor SYS-USBD-199 copies up to 199 USB flash drives simultaneously without a host computer. It supports USB 1.1, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 media through a SATA interface. A 256 MB buffer and an internal multi-core processor manage synchronous and asynchronous copy modes. The unit operates from a dual 400 W power supply totalling 800 W at 115/230 V, 50/60 Hz.

Replaces PC-based imaging stations

Asynchronous operation lets each channel load, unload and copy independently, removing the bottleneck of sequential duplication. The jump is worth it when production volumes exceed what a manual workstation can sustain and bit-for-bit verification is required for every target. Quick-copy modes handle FAT16, FAT32, NTFS and Linux EXT2/EXT3/EXT4 file systems, while whole-media mode copies any format.

199 targets at 33 MB/s with DoD-compliant erase

The duplicator sustains up to 33 MB/s per channel and formats drives in Auto, FAT or FAT32 modes. It comfortably handles mixed-capacity USB drives and provides full erase functions that meet DoD data-security standards. Headroom runs out when a workflow demands speeds beyond the 33 MB/s specification or requires interfaces other than the supported USB standards.
