This enclosure accepts Apple proprietary 12+16 pin SSDs from 2013 to 2017 MacBook Pro, Air, iMac and Mac Pro models. It also supports Toshiba and OWC MacBook SSDs. An included M.2 adapter adds compatibility with NVMe drives. The USB 3.2 Gen2 interface delivers up to 20Gbps when the host supports Gen2x2.

The aluminium alloy shell opens without tools for drive insertion. A recessed slash pattern increases airflow contact area.
