Professional disc duplicator

The BFKK rackmount duplicator copies DVD and CD media to as many as eleven target drives in a single cycle. It operates as a fully stand-alone system so no host computer is required. The built-in Samsung burners support DVD±R, DVD±RW, DVD±R dual-layer, CD-R and CD-RW formats. A 128 MB controller buffer manages data flow during each burn session.

Rackmount build and daily operation

The unit mounts in a standard equipment rack and uses SATA connectivity for the internal drives. An LCD controller with tactile ESC and ENT keys provides one-step copy, format auto-detection and adjustable write speeds up to 24X. Password protection prevents unauthorised use and the plug-and-play operating system eliminates firmware updates. Dynamic partitioning conserves hard-drive space by matching partition size to each image.

Replaces manual single-drive burning

This duplicator upgrades workflows that currently rely on a PC with one optical drive to produce multiple discs sequentially. The jump is worthwhile when you regularly need more than one identical copy per master and want unattended batch runs. It does not serve buyers who require Blu-ray authoring, network-based job submission or support for copy-protected commercial titles.
